Seen flying over regularly. Some stay for a short while. One female is still resident in the 'Big Field' aka 'Buzzard Field' after around 4 years, often dropping down to feed on earthworms etc along the side opposite as you view from Reeds Rest Lane. It is also often seen in the big trees around this field.
Birds can be observed on warm days from the edge of Banstead Woods where the Chipstead Valley is overlooked. In March 2010, up to 6 birds were seen on most days.
